Yoon & Yang LLC represented SK Innovation Co., Ltd. in SK Innovation's lawsuit seeking prohibition of patent infringement on a secondary battery separator membrane patent and damages caused by such infringement against Cel Gard Korea Inc. Yoon & Yang also represented SK Innovation in Cel Gard Korea's lawsuit seeking invalidation of the same patent of SK Innovation and Yoon & Yang is providing legal advice for SK Innovation and representing the company in the two separate lawsuits.
