The Seoul Metropolitan Government and Seoul Light Tower Co., Ltd agreed for the sales of land for the Sangam-dong Landmark Construction Project. However, the sales contract has been terminated and the disputes arose between two parties whether which party is attributed to the contract termination. Yoon & Yang LLC represented the Seoul Metropolitan Government in the lawsuit and won the case on the ground that the agreement was terminated due to reasons attributable to Seoul Light Tower Co., Ltd., not the Seoul Metropolitan Government.
