Biography
Duk Mo Chung is a partner and former managing partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main areas of practice are civil litigation, criminal law, tax law and administrative law.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Chung served as a Presiding Judge of the Civil Department (general civil affairs and construction), Crime Department (corruption and general crimes), and Administration Department at the Seoul High Court, Daejeon High Court, Seoul Central District Court, and Suwon District Court. He also served as a Research Judge specializing in tax cases for four years as the Chief of the Tax Team.
