Biography
Min Hwa Kang is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and her main practice area is international arbitration/litigation.
Ms. Kang has represented clients in a wide range of international and domestic arbitrations at arbitral institutions including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB), etc. Ms. Kang has a broad experience in addressing disputes arising from different types of agreements including joint venture agreements and supply agreements, etc. She also provides legal services for the cases with foreign elements, e.g. a foreign company’s litigation at a Korean court or a Korean company’s litigation at a foreign court.

- Handled the arbitration at SIAC regarding a shareholders’ joint venture agreement between a Korean food company and a Hong Kong investment company
