Biography
Ji Yeon Kim is an associate at Yoon & Yang LLC and her main practice areas include finance and capital markets.
While working at the International Affairs Team, Securities Market Marketing Team, Bond Market Team, and KOSDAQ Market Listing Management Team of Korea Exchange, Ms. Kim gained abundant expert knowledge in issuance of shares and bonds and distribution markets, etc. including support of listed companies’ global IR, operation of government bond market and evaluation of primary dealers and listing eligibility reviews of listed companies, etc. In addition to such conventional financial markets, she is building expertise in digital finance as well, e.g. by writing and translation books on cryptocurrencies, etc., and utilizing such expertise in providing legal advice in a wide range of areas.
