Biography
Joo Yung Sung is a senior advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas include corporate law and finance.
Mr. Sung served in a wide range of positions at Korea Development Bank including head of the New York branch, head of M&A, head of Public Relations Office, head of creative finance, head of corporate finance/restructuring, and retired as a chief vice president. At Korea Development Bank, he contributed to efficient restructuring of major domestic companies including STX Offshore & Shipbuilding, GM Daewoo, Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering, HMM and Asiana Airlines, etc. based on his expertise in corporate finance, international finance and capital markets.
