Overview
Yoon & Yang’s Energy and Natural Resources Team offers (1) integrated legal advice on the entire process of a new and renewable energy development project, from joint development agreements and licenses/permits to project financing, construction contracts, operation and maintenance agreements, and the assignment of interest, and (2) optimal legal advice for each of the stages of foreign natural resources development, namely foreign direct investment, joint development agreement, and interest assignment. Comprised of attorneys experienced in offering legal advice on domestic and foreign energy and natural resources development projects, the Energy and Natural Resources Team assists clients so that they can swiftly implement energy and natural resources development projects.
