Biography
Sung Ho Kim is a partner at Yoon & Yang LL, and his main practice area is corporate litigation centering on construction & real estate, financial and capital market, and management rights disputes
Mr. Kim handles major litigation based on accumulated experience as a law clerk at the Incheon District Court and the Seoul High Court’s civil (construction), administration (land expropriation), and criminal (application for adjudication) trial divisions. Mr. Kim also advises on real estate development and financial matters. In particular, he has been included in rising star (2023) and leading lawyer (2024) in the field of construction real estate by the Legal Times, which led to several successful results in litigation and arbitration in the fields of construction and defense.
