Jae Woo Park is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas include corporate-related civil and commercial litigations, compliance risk management (CRM), management rights disputes, employment and labor, and administration.
Mr. Park served as a Judge at the administration department of the Suwon District Court, the labor relations department of the Seoul Central District Court and the Jeongeup Branch of the Jeonju District Court (the sole criminal judge), during which he handled almost every type of labor and administration cases. Since joining Yoon & Yang LLC, Mr. Park has handled some of the firm’s major cases, e.g. Samsung Group’s appeal for recovery of inheritance right, Kumho Group’s sale of shares, trademarks and mutual shares, the tobacco litigation filed by the National Health Insurance Corporation, Kolon Industry’s civil litigation regarding the position as the successful bidder for industrial land development, Doosan Infracore’s litigations on its national defense business and heavy equipment business, POSCO Engineering’s preliminary injunction and civil litigation involving its position as the successful bidder for a public contract, the criminal trial of the representative director of Daewoo Motor Sales Service, and the criminal trial on the national defense business in relation to ROKS Tongyeong, etc.

He is also a member of the Seoul National University Labor Law Society and the Supreme Court Labor Law Practice Society.
