YOON&YANG

Jin Guk Shi is a managing partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice area is corporate litigation.
After completing his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute, Mr. Shi started his career in the public sector as a judge at the Seoul Central District Court. Then, he served as a judge at the Seoul Family Court, the Chuncheon District Court, the Seoul High Court, the Suwon District Court and the Seoul Central District Court, and the 1st and 2nd Director of Planning at the National Court Administration. He retired from the public sector as a presiding judge at the Tongyeong branch of the Changwon District Court. Since 2020, he has been working as a partner for the Litigation Group at Yoon & Yang, and has taken on several major cases that have become a hot topic in the public eye. He has achieved successive successes in both civil and criminal cases. He has been elected as a management partner since 2024, and is also in charge of management of Yoon & Yang.
