Jitaek Chung is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice area is finance and accounting oversight.
Mr. Chung advised and litigated for a number of companies including large domestic listed companies in responding to audit investigations, and conducted fraud detection investigations (forensics) under an External Audit Act request, including large-scale embezzlement issues that garnered public attention. In addition, he has advisory experience in the preparation, submission, approval, and disclosure of financial statements, business reports, and audit reports pursuant to external audit and capital markets laws and the Commercial Code. Mr. Chung has also provided advice on listing eligibility reviews, and provided advice and handled litigation on unfair trade practices under the Capital Markets Act.
