Jitaek Chung is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice area is finance and accounting oversight.
Mr. Chung advised and litigated for a number of companies including large domestic listed companies in responding to audit investigations, and conducted fraud detection investigations (forensics) under an External Audit Act request, including large-scale embezzlement issues that garnered public attention.
