Hyunsu Shin is an expert advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC with 32-year experience of handling labor supervision and labor relations at the Department of Employment and Labor. His main practice areas include employment and labor issues.
Prior to joining Yoon & Yang, Mr. Shin consecutively held various positions at the Ministry of Employment and Labor, including Director for Labor Improvement Guidance Division 1 of Seoul Eastern District Office and Seoul Gangnam District Office of Employment and Labor, Director for Labor Improvement Guidance Division of the Seoul Gwanak District Office of Employment and Labor, Examiner of the National Labor Relations Commission, Head of the Employment Welfare Plus Centers in Suncheon and Namyangju, and Director for Labor Supervision at the Yeongwol District Office of Employment and Labor. He also worked as a labor inspector at the General Services Division of the Ministry (internal labor relations), the Seoul District Office, Seoul Eastern District Office, Seoul Southern District Office, and Wonju District Office of Employment and Labor, etc.
