Sang-Hyun Ahn is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC. His main practice areas are corporate governance, corporate law, compliance, ESG, management rights disputes and M&As, etc.
Mr. Ahn has built broad experiences in M&A, foreign investment, disputes on management rights, corporate rehabilitation, and compliance, etc. and based on such experiences, his recent practice mainly focuses on improvement of corporate governance and compliance matters.
