Young Kang Eo is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice areas include disputes on construction, real estate, technology, and product liability, financial disputes, arbitration, and antitrust & competition.
Mr. Eo handles matters related to construction prices, cost sharing, subcontractors, public contracts, technology/product liability disputes, and arbitration cases of construction, technology, and plant companies. In antitrust & competition, he handles matters related to subcontractor disputes and the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, etc. Mr. Eo analyzes and accurately identifies the nature of each dispute from a juridical perspective based on the firsthand experience he obtained as a judge in numerous courts including the Seoul Central District Court.
