Biography
Young Sun Cho is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice areas include advisory service on foreign entity’s domestic investment and M&A, foreign direct investment, and related to the healthcare industry including pharma companies.
Mr. Cho has extensive experience in assisting domestic and foreign clients (i.e., Tyson, Nike, Dell, and Burberry) with legal advice on foreign investment, joint venture, M&A, and foreign direct investment, as well as diverse statutes and regulations related to the healthcare industry (i.e., pharmaceuticals, bio, medical device, food, and cosmetics). He is admitted to practice in both Korea and New York.
