Biography
Don Eok Choi is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC. His main practice areas are advisory and litigation matters on construction/real estate and real estate trusts.
Since 1994, Mr. Choi started his career by providing advisory and litigation services for construction companies, including Woosung Construction, and Samsung C&T Corporation. He continues to advise on construction re-construction, re-development, and housing association related matters for a wide array of clients, including the affiliates of Samsung Group, Shinsegae Engineering & Construction, LIG Engineering & Construction, Hyundai Engineering & Construction, Hanwha Engineering & Construction, and Daelim Industrial Corporation. In addition, he advises and acts in disputes related to real estate trust companies, including Korea Real Estate Trust, KORAMCO REITs & Trust, Daehan Real Estate Trust, and Korea Asset In Trust, various real estate development and transactions.
