Biography
Kwon Hoe Kim joined Yoon & Yang LLC (formerly Kim, Shin & Yu) in 1991 and currently, as a partner of the firm, he provides legal services to a large number of international and domestic clients in a wide range of areas based on the extensive network with global law firms and leading lawyers.
Mr. Kim provides multinational enterprises or their subsidiaries or branches in Korea with legal advice on the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act, Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, Personal Information Protection Act, Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, Customs Act and various other laws regarding companies, labor and taxation, etc., while supporting the clients by handling regulations and investigations, M&As, joint venture, HR or compliance audit issues, etc. His 30-year experience also enables him to provide strategic advice for CEOs of foreign-invested companies.
