Overview
Yoon & Yang’s Germany Team is supported by Germany-licensed attorney Bernhard Vogel, who is renowned in Germany as an expert in Korea based on his lengthy years of service at the Korean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In addition, the Team is also comprised with Korea-licensed attorneys who were trained in Germany, and partner attorneys equipped with European corporate experience and global insight.
The Team continues to advise hundreds of German and Western European companies in the automotive, auto parts, pharmaceutical, energy, chemical, financial, logistics, consumer product, and various service sectors on legal issues related to domestic investment, transactions with domestic companies, domestic civil and criminal cases, and regulatory risks.
