Eun Chul Choi is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC. His main practice areas include finance (capital markets), real estate investing, real estate trust and real estate project financing, corporate M&A, private equity, internal controls, financial consumer protection, financial company dispute and regulations.
Mr. Choi represented several financial companies in majority of the high-profile cases that followed the implementation of the adversarial system of the Sanction Review Committee of the Financial Supervisory Service. He advised financial companies on various areas, including standards for internal controls, mis-selling, unsound business activities, and suspension in exchange of information. In addition to advising real estate trust companies and real estate investment companies, he is experienced in numerous related transactions, such as real estate purchase/sale and related project financing loans.
